Our regular CrossFit class is a 60 minute class that includes but is not limited to: Warm-Up, Skill/Strength and a Workout that is sure to make you sweat. Each workout and exercise is scaled and modified to each athlete's level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique.
